Refund terms

The $10 website initial deposit is non-refundable once work on the professional website has begun. When you continue with the monthly plan, 100% of the $10 deposit is credited toward your first monthly payment.

What the deposit does

The $10 initial deposit reserves your website build and helps prevent automated, spam, and non-serious requests. We create a professional website based on the business information you provide.

Full credit if you proceed

100% of the $10 deposit is credited toward your first monthly payment. Choose $30/month and pay only $20 more for your first month. Hosting and minor website updates are included. After the first month, service continues at $30/month until cancelled. Optional domain registration is separate. Eligible base plans can lock in $30/month for up to five years while active and in good standing; terms and exclusions apply.

No automatic commitment

The initial deposit is a one-time payment. It does not automatically start a subscription or authorize the remaining website balance. We will confirm your choice before you proceed.
